Droob of Décor Contracting provides special services in several scopes:

Civil works, Recreation, Education, Health, Governmental, Maintenance, Cleaning, Decoration and Gypsum works, Aluminum, Interior Finishing, Landscaping, Prefab Houses, Shades & Rental of Non-Agricultural Heavy Equipment.

The branch of Commercial Registration already changed to Main on 25.03.1435 H. and the history of our Firm since its Established around six years full of providing & distinguishing in General & Private Contracting.

Our Firm commercial registration is including the providing services for clearing of customs, services related to transport and seaport as well. In addition, considered as one of the pioneer establishments in sales.

Droob of Décor Contracting has many of vehicles, equipment, scaffolding that related to its works, which give it more flexible to execute the projects in a good condition, and as per the technical specifications & scheduled periods that limited by concerned authorities.

Firm registered by Ministry of Commerce in Kingdom, member at Chamber of Commerce-Makkah and our Firm is seeking to be Company – as the founding contract already made for it, and it has more flexibility and ability to acclimate, but it will concern for all of your requirements – as no limit for its expansion.

Directors and Founders of Droob for Decor:

It is established by group of engineers and businessmen who qualified and have experience in management, works, well-known in general contracting scope and building in Kingdom.

They are distinguishing in full responsibilities, honest, faithful in their works, experience in management and dealing with which give the establishment more power to be in the best level in providing services at its scope of works.

National Development Programs:

Our establishment is always encouraging & urging for national development programs to create a qualified generation for work in order to take their locations for developing the society and pushing forward the prosperity and progress, by opening the chances in front of ambitious youths to work and get experience, improve them to be in high level of skill & innovation by using training programs, educational research, seminars in different courses and scopes of establishment dealt with.

Through of recruitment of engineering & technical capacities and skilled in their field and open to them to discover the opportunities of creative and development, this will give the Est., to provide the best services to all of dealing authorities either foreign or local companies.

Health & Safety System:

Through the responsibility that carried by Droob of Décor Establishment with honest and comply with completion of projects in a best method at a limited period; this will give the priority for system of safety, security and vocational health for all employees in the company in all over their locations and fields. In addition, is considered as basic posts of establishment and its success factors.

It has taken many of procedures and necessary precautions to preserve the security and safety for individuals and areas.

Occupational Diseases & Emergency Section:

Its responsibility for protection from prevention of endemic and common diseases, and try their treatment in a case of happened to avoid their spreading among the employees. Also responsible for cure the wounds and injured incidents in locations of work, emergency cases and attempting to remedy of emergency risks as soon as possible.

Guarding & Protection Section:

Protect the company from institutions established and temporary headquarters inside the location of work and protect them from any accidents and intentional damage or caused by environmental factors and other industrial. Workers provided by suites that meet to nature of work for protection purposes and keep them in safe. In addition, workers provided with helmet, safety shoes, gloves, work suites in addition to other fittings according to the type and location of work.

Staff of Company:

Average of our staff ( 23 ) permanent employee, and making contract with employees in different fields according to the requirement of the work, type & period of project’s execution, with companies or establishments have modern scope of cognitive and high ability to complete the work in good construction; although the establishment has many of approved of sub-contractors to do some of its duties.

Our Plans & Future Vision:

The future goal of our establishment for expansion its works in different scopes and activities, starting of execution the huge of civil projects consist of buildings, civil firms and electro-mechanical, to increase the number of manpower, technicians and engineers to meet the progress of modern construction and providing the best of universal systems in this scope0

Getting the leading sight among contracting companies in both sections – governmental and private by implementing the contracting works that tendered to Est., by competition.
Using of modern methods & technology in projects instead of traditional methods.
Rehabilitate and develop of existing labs and related workshops.
Using the systems and modern transactions to maintain of achievement the quality, cost and satisfaction of customers.

دروب الديكور للمقاولات تقدم خدمات متخصصة في مجال الاعمال المدنية، والترفيهية والتعليمة والصحية والحكومية وصيانتها ونظافتها ومقاولات أعمال الديكور والأعمال الجبسية وأعمال الزخرفة واعمال الألمنيوم وأعمال التشطيبات الداخلية وتنسيق الحدائق واعمال البيوت الجاهزة والمظلات وتأجير المعدات الثقيلة الغير زراعية وقد تم تحويل السجل الفرعي إلى رئيسي في 25/3/1435 م ويعتبر العمر الحالي للمؤسسة منذ تأسيها ست سنوات من العطاء والتميز بعالم المقاولات العامة والخاصة

تقدم المؤسسة أيضا خدمات التخليص الجمركي، والخدمات المتعلقة بالنقل والميناء في سجلها التجاري كما انها من المؤسسات الرائدة في عالم المبيعات الحالي

تأسست المؤسسة من مجموعه من المهندسين ورجال الاعمال ذو الكفاءة والخبرة في الإدارة والاعمال والمعروفين في مجال المقاولات العامة والبناء على مستوى المملكة.

حيث يتميزون بالمسؤولية التامة، الأمانة والإخلاص في عملهم، الخبرة في لدارة والتعامل وهذا يدفع المؤسسة للارتقاء إلى أفضل مستوى في تقديم الخدمات بمجال اعمالها.

نظام الصحة والسلامة:

من منطلق المسؤولية التي تتحملها مؤسسة دروب الديكور من الأمانة والالتزام في انجاز المشاريع على أتم وجه وفي المواعيد الزمنية المحددة لها، هذا يجعل نظام السلامة والأمان والصحة المهنية لكافة العاملين في المؤسسة وبمختلف المواقع والاختصاصات، من الأولويات والاركان الأساسية لبناء المؤسسة وعوامل النجاح فيـها.

حيث تتخذ المؤسسة العديد من الإجراءات والاحتياطات اللازمة لحفظ الامن والسلامة للأفراد والأماكن

– قسم الامراض المهنية والطوارئ: يتولى مسؤولية الوقاية من الامراض المتوطنة والسائدة، ومحاولة معالجتها في حال وقوعها منعا لانتشارها بين العاملين، كما يتحمل مسؤولية علاج الجروح والإصابات الناتجة من الحوادث الأخرى في مواقع العمل وحالات الطوارئ ومحاولة تدارك حالات الخطر بأقصى قدر ممكن.

– قسم الحماية والحراسة: يتولى مسؤولية امن وحماية مؤسسات الشركة من المقرات الثابتة والمؤقتة في داخل مواقع العمل وتأمينها من الحوادث والاضرار المعتمدة او الناتجة من العوامل البيئية والصناعية الأخرى. يجهز العمال بالملابس التي تتلاءم مع طبيعة العمل لغرض الحماية والحفاظ على سلامتهم وتتنوع هذه المستلزمات من قبعة رأسيه، أحذية، كفوف، بدلات عمل، الى مستلزمات أخرى تتحدد بنوع ومكان العمل.

كادر المؤسسة :

يبلغ العدد الكلي لموظفي المؤسسة (23) موظف ثابت، وتتعاقد المؤسسة مع موظفين من مختلف الاختصاصات وحسب متطلبات العمل ونوع ومدة المشاريع المنفذة ومع شركات او مؤسسات ذات افق معرفي حديث وقدرة عالية على كمال الأعمال وحسن التنفيذ لها علما بأن المؤسسة لديها العديد من مقاولين الباطن المعتمدين لديها لإنجاز بعض مهامها.

خططــــنا ورؤيتنـــــــــا المستقبليــــــــــــة:

تهدف المؤسسة في خطط مستقبليه الى توسيع أعمالها في كافة المجالات والفعاليات التي تنجزها بدءا من الإقدام على تنفيذ المشاريع المدنية الضخمة من إنشاء مباني ومؤسسات مدنية، كهربائية وميكانيكيه، إلى زيادة عدد العمالة لديها والفنين والمهندسين حتى تواكب التقدم العمراني الحديث وتقديم أفضل الأنظمة المتبعة عالميا بهذا المجال

احتلال موقع الصدارة بين شركات المقاولات في القطاعين الحكومي والخاص وذلك بتنفيذ أعمال المقاولات التي تحال على المؤسسة عن طريق التنافس.
استخدام الطرق الحديثة والتكنولوجيا في المشاريع بدلا من الطرق التقليدية.
إعادة تأهيل وتطوير معامل المؤسسة الحالية والورشات التابعة لها.
ادخال الأنظمة والعمليات الحديثة لضمان تحقيق الجودة والكلفة ورضا العملاء.
